I love my lamps and putting them together was actually quite fun. My only concern is that the crystals are so heavy it causes the lamp “shade” to lean towards the back where the heaviest and longest crystals are located. I think I may re-hang them in a slightly different way to see if I can redistribute the weight.Very happy with this purchase. Looks so fancy!Gorgeous so worth the money BUT a pain to put together!! It’s veryTedious but Definitely worth the money.. I absolutely love it!!! It’s a little to “loose” as far as the sturdiness. I’ve tightened it up twice but once you put it in the spot you want it it is amazing!Took time to put the beads on, instructions were easy to follow. Very glamorous and just what I wanted!I’ll be as honest as possible in my review and give as much info as possible to answer every question that wasn’t answered for me in reviews. For the price it is great quality. As far as packaging goes everything has to be put together including the crystal like beads that make the lamp. When assembling it starts with a base which is heavy (about 2-5lbs). The pole comes attached together in three pieces that has to be screwed to stand straight. My original pole was bent in packaging so the seller sent me another with no problem (it took about a week and a half to receive). Then you have to put two circle like frames on the top of lamp. That part is all easy. It’s the instructions which were confusing. The beads all come numbered and have to be attached to the circle frames. I was confused as hell because the instructions aren’t very detailed. Anyway, the easiest way to assemble it is take out all the beads and put them in numerical order. You will have some numbers twice but the lengths are the same. Start with the inner circle first those numbers are counted in sets of twos. The outer circle is counted in sets of 1 (1,2,3,4 etc). As you are assembling you may think it’s not taking the shape but it is. Once done you can twist the inner circle to make and shape the lamp in the direction you would like it go. It takes small bulbs not a standard size light bulb and you will need 3 bulbs. It gives off great lighting I’m using 40w bulbs and I only have two in on the picture shown and it lights an entire living room. If I had to purchase again I would in all honesty.This lamp is absolutely beautiful. I purchased smart light bulbs so I can change the colors and it is very stunning. I get a lot of compliments on it. The crystals are attached to two rings around the bulbs so you can rotate them to get slightly different effects with the way the strings fall. I was worried about my cats playing with the strings but they ignore it. Everyone else thinks it's lovely though.Having said that, it is going to be a bit of a project to put together because you have to attach each string of crystals individually. They come in numbered bags so I didn't find it hard to assemble, just a bit tedious. I didn't mind though - if you throw something on TV or listen to a podcast then it can actually be somewhat Zen and calming since you are just repeating the same action over and over. It's worth it in the end. Make sure to sort and organize the numbered bags first though to put them in order...mine were all there but stapled together all out of order for some reason.The only negative thing I would say is that the lamp doesn't feel very sturdy once it's assembled. It is very top heavy with all of those crystals hanging off of it and feels a bit wobbly. I have it between a wall and a loveseat where no one touches it so it's not an issue for me, but I don't think I'd recommend this lamp if you have little kids. The base is pretty heavy though so I don't know if it would actually fall down or not, it might just feel that way.quality and beautifulBought this for my daughter for Christmas. She loves anything that sparkles. I received the package quickly ( before the date promised) and it weighs a lot! I opened the box bc I had ideas of putting it together for her. Everything is packed quite good and many pouches with the crystals are all labeled. I rapidly closed the box back up & thought “ I will let her & her fiancé tackle that”!!!! Anyways, he said it took him a good hour to put it together & my daughter is VERY HAPPY with it. From pictures on Amazon to me it looks short...she said it’s not. She’s 5’8” & she says it’s tall. So I’m happy about that! Some reviews said it wobbles or isn’t steady. My daughter says hers is very sturdy & very well structured. It didn’t come with bulbs so you have to get those ( I didn’t realize that).She also said in the morning when the sun was shining through their windows her whole living room was filled with beautiful prisms & she said it was really pretty.So.....all in all, she’s happy —-I’m happy but it appears this was worth every penny & don’t hesitate to buy it.
